Mission Statement:

Horizon Aviation & Machining, Inc. exists to solve your machine shop issues and to supply you with the highest quality parts, delivered in a timely manner at a reasonable cost.

Our Mission:

Our machine shop is configured to do both low quantity prototype work as well as low to medium lot size production machining. We serve customers in aerospace, defense, medical, scientific and commercial fields.

We have extensive experience in manufacturing the parts for components and doing the entire production inspection and assembly of parts prior to shipping them to our customers. We provide trusted inspection services for a number of our customers.

We are currently operating under the strict guidelines and regulations of AS-9100.(View Certificate)

We have vast experience in machining all types of metals including but not limited to stainless steels (303,304,316 and 17-4PH), aluminum, titanium, bronze, brass, copper, acetal (delrin), vespel, and teflon.

All of our machines and equipment are state of the art 1999 model year or newer. We update our machines and equipment continually so that we can hold the tightest tolerances and surface finishes possible, we consider this important in our mission to provide you with the best product and service possible. Our inspection equipment includes a coordinate measuring machine with capabilities of measuring tolerances of .0001"
