Design & Manufacturing

At Horizon Aviation & Machining, we use state of the art design and programing software. Advanced 3-D modeling software (NX-Unigraphics) gives us a full 3 dimensional view of all parts to be produced.

By using the 3-D view allows us to view the assembly of parts to ensure that the tolerances can be met. Additional software that we use in the day to day operations, Smart-CAM machine coding software and Gibb-CAM is used to produce the machine coding software in addition to NX-Unigraphics.

Manufacturing

We constantly maintain the latest machining equipment, the most advanced CMM equipment, and the latest finishing equipment. We can take your project from inception to design, manufacture, finishing and even shipping to the final destination.

Machining
